Participate in our bookmark contest by creating your own bookmark. The bookmark must be from one of the two categories: Earth Day or We love the Library. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative bookmarks.

Come to the library and recite your favorite poem, line, or verse. You can read your poem or say it from memory. Prizes will be given to those who participate.

Come join us for a night of fun on March 12th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There will be math and science stations with activities to take home.

Join us in helping support the community's recycling efforts. Our campus recycling challenge begins March 6 and runs through April 3. Start saving your plastic bags! The top three classes that collect the most bags will be recognized.

The Best of Jefferson Elementary Book Contest is a student-choice book award designed to celebrate reading for enjoyment and elevate student voice. Students in Kindergarten - 5th Grade read, listen to, and vote on published books they love. Winning books will be honored as Best of Jefferson Elementary selections. Nomination forms will go out on Wednesday! Students can fill out at home and return! Classes can discuss and select class favorites via Google form during a Morning Meeting! Can’t wait to see all our wonderful nominations! More info to come!

Bring in a homemade ornament to decorate our Jefferson Library Tree and compete for a prize. Check out the flyer for the rules. All entries are due by December 8th.
